The Visionary to enhance visitor experience with real-time occupancy tracking
San Diego, CA (February 23, 2026) — EnSight Technologies has been selected to implement a vision-based parking occupancy management and guidance system for The Visionary, a four-story Class A office development rising in the Pinnacle Hills district of Northwest Arkansas.
As part of the new construction, EnSight will deploy its camera-based platform to provide real-time occupancy counting and digital wayfinding across multiple parking areas within the structure. The platform is engineered to manage separate occupancy zones with precision, providing accurate counts and consistent wayfinding across the property.
The system delivers 99% + counting accuracy, powered by Ensight’s advanced proprietary software. Real-time availability will be communicated through full-matrix LED signage at garage entrances, while property management will have access to live and historical occupancy data through the cloud-based EnSightful Portal. This visibility will enable the team to monitor utilization trends, plan for peak demand, support tenant operations, and make informed operational decisions from day one.
